So I just finished my 30 day shred workout for today and I was totally surprised about how easy it was! Well not necessarily easy but definitely way less painful and horrible than day one. I didn’t need to stop even for a second and found myself pushing to do it all more intensely and do the most advanced versions possible. I can really tell my fitness has increased and although the scale has barely changed I’ve definitely lost a few inches off my stomach and maybe my legs and arms. I’m going to measure my body tomorrow and compare it to day one’s measurements, so I’ll let you guys know how that goes!
I seriously SERIOUSLY recommend 30ds to anyone trying to lose weight or just get fit, I can’t wait for level 2!
